Monomeric PVC Adhesive

Monomeric adhesive PVC is a commonly used vinyl film, often used for short to medium term applications on flat surfaces. It is economical and easy to apply, and is ideal for temporary solutions such as window dressing, signage, billboards and seasonal promotions. Due to its more rigid structure, this type of PVC is less suitable for curved or irregular surfaces, as it can tend to shrink or lose adhesion on surfaces that are not completely smooth. It is available in different finishes, such as matte or gloss, and is UV resistant for a limited period, typically 3 to 5 years.

PVC Cast

Cast PVC is a high-quality material designed for long-term applications on complex and three-dimensional surfaces, such as vehicles, curved surfaces, structured panels or surfaces exposed to the outside in variable environmental conditions. Its production involves a "casting" process (hence the name "cast"), which makes it extremely flexible, resistant and stable even in outdoor environments or in extreme conditions. Unlike monomeric PVC, cast PVC does not deform easily and maintains adhesion even on curved and irregular surfaces, lasting up to 10 years or more without losing aesthetic quality.
